We specialize in psychodynamic therapy, which focuses on understanding how the past shapes the present, and existential therapy, which focuses on finding meaning and purpose in the present and future.
We also provide EMDR therapy, which helps people heal from trauma and distressing experiences by reprocessing painful memories in a safe, structured way.

Yes. We offer both in-person and virtual therapy, or a hybrid of both. Please contact our office for more information to determine what best fits your needs.

We are out-of-network providers that do not participate in any California health insurance network. If you have a PPO insurance plan with out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for full or partial reimbursement for some of our services. Our office will provide you with an invoice or superbill that you may opt to submit to your insurance company. Your insurance company may reimburse you according to your health insurance plan.

We provide individual therapy services at $250 for a 50 minute session.
We provide couples therapy services with an intake session at $350 for a 90 minute session and subsequent sessions at $275 for 50 minute session.
Please note that we are not providers for any insurance plan. If you would like to work with your insurance, your insurance may provide some reimbursement. To help, we can provide a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Yes. All initial consultations are free of charge. A therapist will make recommendations for treatment during the consultation and arrangements for future sessions can also be set at that time.

A scheduled appointment means that time is reserved only for you. Your consideration in keeping appointments and your active participation in the treatment process is important and greatly appreciated.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your session is required. If prior and timely notification is not given, the full fee is charged for the missed session.
